Privacy Policy (Disclosure)

The personal information that you provide to Tarrim Tax Services is kept in a Client File for the purposes of recording information relevant to this transaction, and related administrative and accounting services. The persons who have access to the Client File are those employees, with specific responsibilities in the analysis, supervision and administration of accounts, transactions, and personal information. You may access the personal information in the Client File and request in writing that any inaccurate information be corrected.

Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties for the purposes of servicing your account or meeting legislative or regulatory requirements in Canada. Tarrim Tax Services may also enter into contracts with third parties from time to time and share your personal information for the purposes of analytics. Tarrim Tax maintains contracts with such third parties to prohibit them from using any of your personal information outside of the contracted purposes, and the third parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information we have provided to them. 

You may also at any time withdraw your consent for the use of your personal information for administrative and record keeping purposes by email at info@tarrimtax.com . Copies of you tax returns and relevant documents for previously filed years must be retained for audit purpose but you may withdraw your consent for subsequent years. Please note that a withdrawal of consent may impact Tarrim Tax's ability to ensure the accuracy of your personal information. The withdrawal form can be downloaded from our website and submitted to us through your client portal.
